Information we request
We may request your name, professional contact details, location, country and sector experience, languages, qualifications, availability, rates, professional profile links, and CV or portfolio. Please do not include sensitive identification documents, birth dates, financial account details, or confidential client information in your submission.
Purpose
We use this information to assess professional expertise, contact individuals about suitable consulting opportunities, and—where separately authorized—develop project teams and proposals. Registration does not create an employment relationship or guarantee selection.
CV use and sharing
Submitting your CV is not permission to feature your profile on a public website or submit your CV in a specific client proposal. Before doing either, Koyra will request further permission identifying the intended use. Project-specific information may be shared with clients or teaming partners only as appropriate and authorized.
Storage and access
Applications submitted by email are handled in Koyra’s business email environment. If an online form is enabled, Tally processes your submission and any uploaded CV. Koyra may use a restricted automation service to transfer application records and files to Microsoft 365. Koyra may transfer application responses and submitted CVs to access-restricted Microsoft 365 SharePoint lists, document libraries, and Excel files for internal review. These services act as data processors according to their agreements and configurations. A CV stored in SharePoint may be referenced by an internal, access-restricted link in Koyra’s consultant register. That link does not grant public access. Only authorized reviewers should be given access to applicant data. CVs and personal information must not be placed in public website assets or open SharePoint sharing links. No public consultant directory is created by this website.
Corrections and deletion
To update your profile or request deletion from Koyra’s candidate records, email MD@koyra.org. Koyra will review and delete records that are no longer needed according to its retention policy, subject to applicable legal or contractual retention obligations.
International applicants
Applicants may be located in different countries. Additional local privacy notices or consent requirements may apply depending on the countries in which data is collected, processed, or used. This page is an applicant information summary, not a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific legal review.
